Dishwasher, along with cutlery, plates and pans without which we can not go through any meal preparation, can wash some other household items, even things from a closet.
1. Glass Chandelier Globe
After you wash the glass ball chandelier in a dishwasher, a room will look much brighter. Put them on the top shelf and take into account that, if there are more of them, that they don’t touch each other. Put on a delicate program, and if you can, skip the drying with hot air. If the balls are made of porcelain and trimmed with a gold border, washing in the dishwasher is not recommended.
2. Shower Mixers And Speed Lever Taps
If holes in your shower are clogged with scales, and tap lost their former brilliance, put them in the dishwasher top shelf and switch the program with the highest temperature. If you have pots and other heavily soiled items, you can freely wash them together with the apparatus of the bathroom.
3. Plastic Combs, Brushes And Barrettes
Clean combs and other items from the hair dryer. Insert small items in a laundry bag, put it at the top shelf, and select normal wash cycle. This only applies to items made of plastic, because those made of wood can be destroyed due to high temperature and humidity.
4. Baseball Caps
Dishwasher is ideal for washing items that should retain their shape. Put them on the top shelf facing up, but with no other dishes. Don’t use dishwashing detergent. Instead, put borax in the detergent section.
5. Plastic Toys
Small plastic toys such as action figures can be placed in a laundry bag or dish cutlery. Turn on the normal cycle, and wash them with other dishes.
6. Parts Of Kitchen Appliances And Utensils
Plastic ice tray, microwave glass, plastic containers and grids from the refrigerator, plastic and glass containers for sugar, flour, coffee jars, salt and pepper shakers, and generally all boxes which you use for spices, and are not made of wood, all that you can clean in the dishwasher by switching the normal program on.
7. Kitchen Sponges And Brushes
Wash them with dishes and as often as possible. Top shelf is the best place for them and sponges and brushes can be washed on a normal program.
8. Toiletries
Toothbrush container, soap dish … all those things need to be washed from time to time, and to save time, put them in the dishwasher on the top rack and wash on a normal program along with dishes.
